戏里戏外LVL改编自吉永史同名漫画（2007），在每集三十分钟里有十分钟左右的食物时间（帅气十足的西岛秀俊叔上线做晚饭）。这部剧因为有了和你一起吃饭的人，每一餐都变得不像一个人吃饭时候的随便，平日的生活里也充满诚意。真正的搭伙过日子不是无谓地忍让和妥协，是对另一个人的体贴和接受，是彼此带来的安慰和感动。
